Since 1999 OFFICINA POCATINO has been offering to all its customers’ high quality products in the ice crearn, pastry and food service sectors.

Since the very first years, the company, located in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, has distinguished itself for its best-known product, the “JOLLY” ice cream scoop with nylon handle.

Years of experience in mechanics for moulds bave enabled the design and production of professional items for ice cream stores/workshops at first time and for pastry shops/laboratories later.

Now, with the new SweetPastry line, the company has decided to expand its product range offering professional articles that can be used both in pastry and in food Service sector.

The company has also the option of customizing some articles, as stated in the catalogue, with the systems:

OFFICINA POCATINO, over the years, has equipped itself with plastic injection moulding and steel processing machines so that all the items sold worldwide can meet the requests of ice cream and pastry chefs.

Anyone familiar with MonaGelato knows that our gelato and cafe is unrivaled because we make it with simple, fresh ingredients like Organic milk and fresh fruit.
We have been making gelato and cafe since 2023 and control every step of the process from making the base mix at our production facility to finishing the gelato on site at each gelato shop to ensure the highest quality. We carefully select the best Italian ingredients and don’t use any artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives in our gelatos and sorbets.
This is what sets us apart from other ice cream and gelato shops. MonaGelato is not the simplest or least expensive in the frozen-dessert space, but the taste of our gelato and the joy it brings our guests, makes the effort worthwhile.
